Matt Logar is Chief Executive Officer and President of Fairport Wealth, a purpose-driven organization that inspires over 2000 families with comprehensive wealth management solutions. He sets the strategic direction of the firm and leads over 50 experienced and credentialed professionals in five offices across the country.

Matt is a tenured leader with over 25 years of wealth management experience. Prior to joining Fairport, he directed the financial planning and advice teams as a senior vice president within Key Bank’s wealth management division. Earlier in his career, he founded and established a financial planning and investment advisory firm.

After graduating from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Matt initiated a career in financial services partnering with clients to implement financial, estate, tax, and retirement planning solutions. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and Certified Public Accountant with a passion to develop strong relationships with individuals and families to manage their wealth and reach their goals.

Matt is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Northeast Ohio Financial Planning Association (FPA). He currently resides in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood with his wife, Amy and is a proud father of two adult children. On the weekends he enjoys spending free time outdoors golfing, boating, fishing, and mountain biking.
