Kristen T. Lucas

DIRECTOR, FIELD MARKETING

Kristen Lucas brings over 20 years of industry experience to Fairport Wealth serving in leadership, business development and marketing capacities. She is integral in the construction and coordination of Fairport’s practice groups and played a prominent role in the development and launch of Luma Wealth Advisors (now known as Fairport Women).

In 2025, she was promoted to Director of Field Marketing at Hightower Advisors. At Fairport’s parent company, she oversees marketing for Fairport’s six offices and HT|TC Wealth Advisors’ two locations in the Chicago area.

She joined Fairport in 2003, serving in a variety of client-facing service roles, providing her with an intimate understanding of clients and their families. She is known for her experience in niche marketing and for curating events that have helped shape Fairport’s strong community culture. She champions the practice’s Community Beacon philanthropic program that engages employees and clients with non-profits through sponsorship, volunteerism and awareness.

Kristen graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Allegheny College and holds a bachelor’s degree in English. She is a member of Absolute Engagement’s Experience Innovation Board for senior leaders of large RIAs. Crain’s Cleveland Business named her to their “40 Under 40” list in 2019* and the YWCA Greater Cleveland honored her as a Distinguished Young Woman in 2018. Passionate about finding a cure for diabetes, Kristen has fundraised over the years for local Breakthrough T1D and ADA chapters. Currently she is a member of the Kids’ Book Bank Marketing and Communications Committee and Communion of Saints Parish Council.

Kristen and her husband, Jeff, live in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, with their daughter. Her hobbies include reading, live music, cooking and spending time outdoors with her family.
