Happy Spring! April is designated as Stress Awareness month, so this month we’re offering help to deal with the inevitable stresses that life throws our way.
In this first article from Kristi Horner, the founder and executive director of Courage to Caregivers, she explains that understanding stress and how we react to it will help each of us cope with it in healthier ways. By identifying the external and internal things that cause our stress, we can manage it and develop ways to relax, regroup and make confident decisions.
Next, we introduce you to Dr. Ashley Willans from the Harvard Business School. She discusses a recipe for living happier. In this podcast episode 3 Rules for Better Work Life Balance, she describes how to refocus our attention to become more intentional and purposeful within the 24 hours that we each have every day.
